To Holland and back

The distances in Europe are amazing. You can be anywhere in less than 3 hours. This morning I arrived in Holland after leaving Newcastle the following evening. Arriving at the Dutch capital was in itself interesting but the trip over was in itself an interesting experience. Despite the ferry sometimes rocking, managing to get some sleep was a difficult task. As the water was sometimes rough, and the noise of rowdy passengers even
more annoying, the journey was in itself something difficult. Understanding Dutch can be hard compared to German.

I am now returning to England before I head to Ireland for the final leg of my trip.
