Tonight I attended a Toastmasters meeting and I was made to feel welcome. The meeting went for 2 hours and included the following:
Toastmaster
Traveling Tale
Word
Speech 1
Table Topics
Evaluation Speech
Raffle
Presidents closing remarks and award presentations
Toastmasters is a means for all people to improve on their public speaking abilities. It helps people to speak more confidentially and is world wide. You also received feedback on what things you did properly and areas which need improvement. I would encourage anybody to attend a meeting if they can and find out what happens. You don't know what you are missing!
