Let the filming begin

Today some of the adults with Asperger Syndrome and myself worked on the early stages of a documentary on adults with Asperger Syndrome. We talked about our experiences of dealing with anxiety and navigating the social world as adults. The documentary will feature my account of having Asperger Syndrome and other adults. We talk about the issues of trying to find employment, being understood by the world around us and managing anxiety. The documentary is currently in the process of the editing stage and I am sure when it is available, others will benefit from what is said and we hope that the wider community begin to understand some of the difficulties adults with Asperger Syndrome encounter. Thank you Chris for your contributions also and your visit to Australia from the UK. The documentary will eventually look at the bigger picture but as yet we are only in the early stages.
